Last updated: 15 October 2026. These terms and customer information apply to the Nu FOCUS website. Any specific product, membership, event or written delivery agreement should also be read before purchase. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
Who we are
The website is operated by Nu FOCUS Education CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company. Contact info@nu-focus.co.uk, +44 (0)300 111 0808, or Nu FOCUS Education CIC, 7 Church Arcade, Bedford, MK40 1LQ.
Using the website and learning materials
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Keep account details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Parents, carers and educators should oversee young people’s use and arrange adult purchases and bookings. Course, book and download access covers the use described in the offer; please ask before republishing or redistributing materials. An educator licence covers the learner places included in that licence.
Accounts and membership access
Creating an account does not by itself grant access to paid courses. Access depends on a valid purchase, membership or educator invitation. The checkout should show the price, billing interval and any recurring payment before you agree to pay. Membership access continues until the membership end date shown on the account after renewal is cancelled. Please contact us if the displayed access or billing information is unclear or incorrect.
Products, events and delivery
Read the relevant description, age guidance, venue or online format, dates, price and delivery information before ordering. Event registration and product purchases use the booking or checkout route shown for that offer. An enquiry, mailing-list request or expression of interest does not reserve a place. Dates or offers marked as unconfirmed are for enquiries until the team confirms them. Do not make travel arrangements based on an unconfirmed listing.
Cancellation, refunds and problems
Contact us with the purchase or booking reference if you want to cancel or report a problem. Consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases, depending on what was purchased and when supply starts. Immediate digital supply does not automatically remove that right: where the legal digital-content exception applies, express consent and acknowledgement are required before supply. Statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, services or digital content continue to apply. Date-specific leisure bookings can have different cancellation rules; read the information supplied for the booking.
For a rolling membership, use the account’s cancellation route to stop renewal, or contact the team for help. Cancellation of renewal and a request for a refund are separate requests. No blanket “no refunds” rule is imposed by this page.
Privacy and contact
Read our Privacy notice and cookie information. For questions or complaints about the website or a purchase, email the team using the details above. Please keep a copy of the offer, these terms and your order confirmation for your records.
